That’s why each cake — especially our famous cheesecakes — is handcrafted daily by me, following my own carefully perfected recipes and high standards.
Only the finest flavourings and the exquisite Belgian Callebaut chocolate find their way into my creations, and I’m committed to using fair trade ingredients whenever possible.
